1. About Krysant
Krysant is an online marketplace that enables customers to discover and purchase products offered by independent third-party sellers.

Third-party sellers may be responsible for activities including:

  • Maintaining inventory;
  • Setting or submitting product information;
  • Packaging products;
  • Fulfilling orders;
  • Shipping products;
  • Providing product-specific warranties;
  • Processing applicable seller responsibilities for returns; and
  • Meeting legal and regulatory requirements applicable to their products.

Krysant provides and operates the marketplace platform and may facilitate services including:

  • Product listings;
  • Customer checkout;
  • Payment processing;
  • Order management;
  • Seller verification;
  • Customer communications;
  • Returns and refunds;
  • Customer protection;
  • Product-compliance review;
  • Seller performance monitoring; and
  • Dispute resolution.

Krysant may take action where a seller or product does not comply with Krysant policies or applicable requirements.
. Eligibility to Use Krysant
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or make purchases through Krysant.
If you are under the legal age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, you may use Krysant only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Products subject to minimum-age requirements may only be purchased by customers who satisfy the applicable age requirement.
Krysant may request reasonable information to verify age, identity, payment information, or eligibility where required.

Certain Krysant Services may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information;
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password;
  • Protecting access to your account;
  • Keeping your email address and contact details current; and
  • Activities carried out through your account where those activities result from your failure to protect your login credentials.

  • Impersonate another person or business;
  • Use another person’s account without authorization;
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, refunds, or marketplace features;
  • Use automated methods to create accounts.

Krysant may request additional verification where unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected.

. Marketplace Sellers
Products may be sold by independent third-party sellers.
The identity of the seller should be displayed on the applicable product or order information where required.
Customers should review:

  • Seller information;
  • Product information;
  • Delivery estimates;
  • Product condition;
  • Warranty information;
  • Return eligibility; and
  • Any product-specific conditions

before completing a purchase.
Krysant may collect, verify, maintain, and disclose seller information where required by applicable law or Krysant marketplace policies.
Krysant may suspend or restrict sellers who fail verification, violate marketplace policies, sell prohibited products, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise present an unacceptable marketplace risk.
. Product Listings and Information
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information about the products they offer.
Product listings may include:

  • Product title;
  • Description;
  • Images;
  • Price;
  • Product specifications;
  • Size;
  • Color;
  • Materials;
  • Compatibility;
  • Safety information;
  • Country of origin;
  • Warranty details;
  • Seller information;
  • Delivery information; and
  • Return eligibility.

Krysant may review, modify, restrict, reject, suspend, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with marketplace requirements.
Images are generally provided for product identification and presentation. Actual appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screen display, manufacturing variations, or other reasonable factors.
Material differences between the product received and the product listing may qualify for a return, refund, replacement, or claim under the applicable Krysant policy.
. Product Availability
Products displayed on Krysant are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the product.
A product may become unavailable before an order is confirmed or shipped.
Where a product becomes unavailable after payment has been received, the applicable order or item may be cancelled, and the customer will receive an appropriate refund.
. Prices
Product prices are displayed on the applicable product detail page.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing, technical, or listing errors.
Prices may not include all applicable:

  • Sales taxes;
  • Delivery fees;
  • Duties;
  • Customs charges;
  • Handling charges;
  • Other charges

unless expressly indicated.

Any applicable charges should be presented during checkout where reasonably possible.

. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product subject to these Terms and applicable product conditions.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
An order may be rejected or cancelled where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Pricing error;
  • Payment authorization failure;
  • Suspected fraud;
  • Shipping restrictions;
  • Incorrect customer information;
  • Product-safety concerns;
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions; or
  • Seller inability to fulfil the order.

Where a paid order is cancelled before fulfilment, an appropriate refund will be issued.
. Payment
Payments must be made using a payment method accepted by Krysant at checkout.
Depending on the transaction, payment may be processed by Krysant or an authorized third-party payment processor.
Customers authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown during checkout.
Krysant may take reasonable measures to prevent:

  • Fraudulent payments;
  • Unauthorized transactions;
  • Payment abuse;
  • Chargeback abuse; and
  • Other suspicious activity.

An order may be delayed, rejected, or cancelled if payment cannot be verified or authorized.
. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates should be displayed during checkout or in the customer’s order information where available.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Sellers are expected to fulfil orders within the applicable promised shipping timeframe.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Krysant or the seller may not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, customs procedures, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, the customer may receive an updated delivery estimate, cancellation option, or refund as required by applicable law and Krysant policy.
. Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers may access shipment information through:
My Account → My Orders → Track Package
Tracking information is supplied by the seller, carrier, or logistics provider and may occasionally take time to update.
Customers should report material tracking issues through Krysant where appropriate.
. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of eligible orders through:
My Account → My Orders → Cancel Order
An order may generally be cancelled while it remains unshipped and fulfilment can still be stopped.
Once the order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
After shipment, customers should use the applicable return process once the product has been delivered.
Seller cancellations may occur where:

  • Inventory is unavailable;
  • Product becomes unavailable;
  • Product is damaged before shipment;
  • Shipping cannot legally be completed;
  • There is a significant listing error; or
  • Krysant requires cancellation for compliance or safety reasons.

Where an eligible paid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be initiated.
. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Purchases made through Krysant are subject to the Krysant Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations Policy.
Most eligible products may be returned within the return period displayed on the applicable product detail page.
Return eligibility may depend on:

  • Product category;
  • Reason for return;
  • Product condition;
  • Hygiene considerations;
  • Safety requirements;
  • Customization;
  • Hazardous-material restrictions;
  • Other applicable conditions.

Products marked Non-Returnable are generally not eligible for ordinary returns.
However, a Non-Returnable product may still qualify for an appropriate resolution if it arrives:

  • Damaged;
  • Defective;
  • Incorrect;
  • Incomplete;
  • Counterfeit;
  • Unsafe;
  • Materially different from its listing.

. Seller-Fault Returns
Where a return is caused by:

  • Wrong product supplied;
  • Product damaged before or during delivery;
  • Defective product;
  • Missing material parts;
  • Material listing inaccuracy;
  • Another seller-caused problem,

the seller will normally be responsible for the eligible return shipping costs.
Krysant may provide or facilitate a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution.
. Product Warranties
Certain products may include warranties provided by:

  • The manufacturer;
  • Brand;
  • Seller;
  • Another warranty provider.

Warranty conditions may differ by product.
Customers should review warranty information provided with the product or on the applicable product detail page.
Krysant does not independently provide a manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that applies regardless of a written warranty.

18. Product Safety
Sellers must not knowingly offer products prohibited by applicable law or Krysant marketplace rules.
Krysant may request safety, certification, testing, labeling, or compliance documentation from sellers where appropriate.
Krysant may immediately:

  • Restrict a listing;
  • Remove a product;
  • Stop sales;
  • Cancel affected orders;
  • Contact customers;
  • Request additional documentation;
  • Suspend the seller;
  • Take other appropriate measures

where a product is suspected of being unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, prohibited, or materially non-compliant.
Customers should stop using a product they reasonably believe presents an immediate safety risk and report the issue through Krysant.
19. Product Recalls
Where Krysant becomes aware of a product recall or material safety issue affecting products sold through the marketplace, Krysant may take appropriate action including removing listings and communicating relevant information to affected customers where appropriate.
Sellers must cooperate with Krysant regarding applicable recalls, investigations, and corrective actions.
20. Counterfeit Products
Counterfeit products are prohibited on Krysant.
Customers who reasonably believe they received a counterfeit product should report the matter through:
My Account → My Orders → Report a Problem → Suspected Counterfeit
Krysant may request evidence and may require the seller to provide:

  • Supplier invoices;
  • Brand authorization;
  • Manufacturer documentation;
  • Serial numbers;
  • Distribution information;
  • Other authenticity evidence.

Listings or seller accounts may be restricted or suspended while an investigation is conducted.
. Krysant Purchase Protection
Krysant provides an order-dispute process known as Krysant Purchase Protection.
Customers may request Krysant assistance when an eligible marketplace order problem has not been properly resolved through the normal seller, return, or claim process.

  • Damaged product;
  • Defective product;
  • Wrong product;
